When you contact us
The inquiry form asks for your name and email. Company, workflow, and description are optional. We use these details to answer your inquiry and discuss the work with you. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
How your inquiry is stored and sent
We store the inquiry in Google Cloud Firestore and use Resend to notify MCP Transition by email. Confirmation appears after the details have been stored. The details are retained for as long as needed to answer and follow up on the inquiry. If storage fails, the form keeps your answers on the page so you can retry or email directly. Please do not include passwords or sensitive customer records.
Visit measurement
We record landing and contact-flow page views, contact-button clicks, inquiry starts, and received inquiries. Events contain language, mobile or desktop, placement on the page, and the selected package or workflow. We do not add names, email addresses, free text, full URLs, or persistent visitor identifiers to these events. The website hosting provider may also retain technical access logs. Your browser's Do Not Track preference disables browser-generated events.
Scheduling and payment
If you follow a calendar link, the calendar service handles scheduling. A separate paid reservation is handled by Stripe. This website does not receive your card details. The reservation form stores your answers locally in your browser so you can resume it; you can remove these through your browser's site-data settings.
